HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE TOUR WITH PACK PACK?

You can book your tour directly on our website. Choose your preferred tour length, select your date and complete the payment online. You are also welcome to contact us if you need help planning the right tour.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN JOIN A PRIVATE TOUR?

Our private tours are for small groups of up to 7 guests in one vehicle. This keeps the experience personal, flexible and comfortable.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

The price includes a private driver guide, vehicle, fuel, tunnel fees and local guidance throughout the tour. We also include coffee, so you can enjoy a warm cup while taking in the Faroese nature.

ARE MEALS AND ENTRANCE FEES INCLUDED?

Meals, entrance fees, ferry tickets and special local experiences are not included unless clearly stated in the tour description. We can help arrange lunch, coffee visits or local food experiences when possible.

CAN WE CHOOSE WHERE WE WANT TO GO?

Yes. Our private tours are flexible. You can follow one of our recommended routes or we can shape the day around your interests, the weather and the best conditions on the day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

The Faroe Islands are weather dependent. If the weather is bad in one area, we usually adjust the route and go where the conditions are better. Safety always comes first.

WHERE DO YOU PICK US UP?

Our standard meeting point is Tórsbreyt, The Running Track, Undir Svartafossi in Tórshavn. Hotel pick up and drop off can often be arranged

CAN YOU PICK US UP FROM A CRUISE SHIP?

Yes. We offer private tours for cruise guests. We always plan the tour around your ship’s arrival and departure time, so you are back at the ship in good time.

DO YOU OFFER TOURS TO SUÐUROY?

Suðuroy can be visited on one of our longer private tours, normally as a 12 hour tour and only when the ferry schedule makes sense. Pick up and drop off in Suðuroy is not included in our standard service.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 72 hours before departure and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are not refunded. If we must cancel for safety reasons, we will offer a new date or a refund.
