1. Booking & Agreement
By booking a tour or service with PACK PACK, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
PACK PACK reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
2. Type of Service
PACK PACK offers guided experiences in the Faroe Islands, including:
Private tours with a dedicated driver guide and vehicle
Shared tours with small groups
Experiences focus on flexibility, local insight, storytelling and scenic driving.
Unless otherwise stated, tours are vehicle based and may include short walks.
Maximum group size is defined per product.
3. Payment Terms
All bookings require full prepayment to be confirmed.
Payment is made online via the PACK PACK website, the Bókun booking system, or approved partner platforms.
Bookings without completed payment are not valid and will not be honored.
All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Private Tours
Private tours are priced per vehicle, not per person.
The total duration is based on the selected time package.
Time spent on stops, breaks, walks or hiking is included in the booked hours.
Pickup location and start time are agreed after booking and confirmed by email.
5. Shared Tours
Shared tours operate on fixed departure times and routes, unless otherwise stated.
Guests must arrive on time at the confirmed meeting point.
Late arrival or no-show will result in no refund.
6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 72 hours before departure: full refund
Cancellation within 72 hours of departure: no refund
No refunds are issued for no-shows
PACK PACK may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling or credit, but is not obligated to do so.
7. Weather & Operational Changes
Tours operate in most weather conditions.
PACK PACK reserves the right to adjust routes, timing or cancel a tour due to severe weather, road conditions, safety concerns or other operational reasons.
If PACK PACK cancels a tour, guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.
8. Force Majeure
PACK PACK shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, route changes, or reduced services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
Extreme weather conditions
Road closures or transportation disruptions
Natural events or acts of God
Government restrictions or safety regulations
Mechanical failure or safety-related issues
In such cases, PACK PACK reserves the right to modify the itinerary, reschedule the tour, or cancel the experience.
If a tour is cancelled by PACK PACK due to force majeure, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
9. Participant Responsibility
Guests participate at their own risk.
Guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness level before booking.
PACK PACK is not responsible for personal injuries, delays, loss of personal belongings, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
10. Children & Safety
Children must be booked as full-paying participants if they occupy a seat.
Child seats are not provided unless specifically arranged in advance.
Infants and children must comply with Faroese safety regulations.
11. Liability
PACK PACK is not liable for indirect loss, delays, weather-related changes or third-party services.
Participation in tours is at the guest’s own risk.
12. Confirmation & Contact
A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed and a confirmation email has been sent.

13. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Faroese law.
Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Faroe Islands.
